Job Description


·        Prepare correspondence, report, and other official documents.  

·        Maintain office filing system

·        Coordinate repairs to office equipment

·        Organize and arrange office supplies

·        Manage cleaner, carpenter, & office helper to control office environment

·        Record employee list, attendant & leave sheet

·        Maintain confidential records and files

·        Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies, and procedures

·        Prepare schedule, agenda, & packages for Board meetings

·        Take minutes at meetings & submit them for approval

·        Prepare monthly expenses

Arrange utility payment on time


Job Requirement


·        Bachelor's Degree in any related file

·        3-year experiences in this position

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Good command of English

·        Strong knowledge on compensation and benefit

·        Sound on NSSF calculation and claimant

·        Have team spirit and can enlarge relationship with internal and external client.

·        Ability to deal with any problem and find out solution to fulfil it.
